15:00 - 15:30 FundRef: In response to the need to standardize the collection and display of funding information for scholarly publications, CrossRef officially launched the FundRef project in March of 2012. Four funding agencies and seven publishers are working together to carry out a pilot project, with the goal of developing and demonstrating a community-wide solution. The pilot group plans to issue recommendations for full integration of funding information in early 2013.
